I have just written 2300 words of Kirk/Spock reboot fic, apparently out of nowhere. *knocks on head* *hears an echoing sound* *shrugs*. I have been stupidly excited by the new Star Trek movie for months -- months! -- and on a very shallow level I enjoyed it immensely. I loved all of the new actors unreservedly, esp Zachary Quinto and Simon Pegg, and I loved the special effects and the way it was shot, and mostly I loved the story, too ( just... )
